I confirm that I have NO UNSPENT CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS as defined in the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 for criminal offences connected with the Vehicle Testing Scheme or the motor trade, of involving acts of violence or intimidation. I am aware that if, in the future, it is brought to DVSA’s attention that there are any such unspent convictions that have not been disclosed this may result in the cessation of my approval to operate a Testing Station.

“I recently spent half a day with Karena on an MOT Manager Refresher course. It had been some years since I had taken my original DVSA course, and I was concerned that my Manager knowledge was not as up to date as it would have been.

It was certainly time well spent, and I realised that I had missed a few things over the years and could have been putting my MOT stations in peril with the DVSA quite unwittingly.

I now feel confident in my knowledge and have put some new practices in place as a result of this course.

Thank you to Karena for a professional and knowledgeable presentation and to Russell for putting this course together, thoroughly recommended for all MOT managers.”
