One of our MOT Testers has been convicted of a criminal offence – do I need to let anyone know?

Yes – the DVSA must be notified of any convictions relating to MOT Testers as per the guidance in the MOT Testing Guide: Appendix 7 convictions and repute.  Details should be emailed to MOTadministration@dvsa.gov.uk
