Your MOT station notice board must display the current VT9 and VT9A posters, both produced by the DVSA. The VT9 covers the business details and the VT9A is the fees and appeals process. Both must be the latest available versions, protected with a cover or laminate, and positioned where customers can clearly read them.
It is also important to keep the board tidy and up to date. Any materials still referencing VOSA rather than DVSA must be removed, as VOSA was replaced by the DVSA back in 2014. Superseded documents, outdated notices, or anything unrelated to compliance should be cleared away so the required information is always easy to find.
